The check-in

A short, guided form — body area, how long it's been going on, how it's affecting work, and a handful of questions that flag anything needing prompt attention (sudden onset, numbness, disturbed sleep, and a few others). It takes about two minutes.

The response is decided by clinical rules, not an algorithm guessing at symptoms — every escalation rule is written and signed off by a licensed physiotherapist.
